Reporting to the Sales Country Manager, your role is:

Responsibilities

  • manage, motivate, empower the field sales team, rise the bar in term of in store execution, deliver the sales target
  • develop sales and penetration of the Dorel Juvenile brands in France
  • optimize the commercial relationship with existing regional accounts (Babystores Specialists + Mass Market)

Missions

  • Develop strong sales capabilities by training and an efficient field coaching
  • Improve in store execution thanks to quarterly scorecard design, follow up, coordination with central tools (Sales force), roll out to the team, and tracking thanks to an efficient monitoring
  • Unite the team around ambitious objectives in a positive work dynamic. Make the field sales team a talent factory for Dorel
  • Organize and track the activity of the sales representatives in order to obtain the best efficiency and customer coverage
  • Define and manage the qualitative and quantitative objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy and ensure quality reporting. You lead your salespeople to success through close management and report the results to your management line.
  • Team up with the sales and marketing community and strengthen the collaboration with other departments
  • Negotiate with key account customers, and ensure account follow-up including an accurate forecast
  • Roll out Dorel Culture to the Team and being a powerful ambassador
  • Promote Dorel Value internally and externally.

Qualifications

With a sales background, you have an experience in a field sales management function as a region manager or sales manager. You have strong management skills. Energetic, you are committed to developing your teams and uniting them around a vision.

Having real commercial qualities, you master sales techniques as well as those of negotiation. You have excellent knowledge of distribution channels and ideally Specialized Stores.

You know how to be a force of proposal (process, sales method, change management ...), you have a strong capacity for adaptation and a real entrepreneurial spirit. Pragmatic, rigorous and results-oriented, you are a force of recommendation and will know how to develop innovative business solutions in accordance with our commercial policy and allocated budgets.

You are also able to understand, integrate, and effectively communicate the technical features and USP of our products.

Finally, beyond your operational and managerial excellence, you know how to interact with the other departments of our company and consider your activity transversally. Your dynamism, your sense of investment, your tenacity and your organizational skills are complemented by excellent communication at all levels.

You are willing to travel frequently throughout France (with overnights): from 2 to 3 times a week.

Knowledge of English is an asset to grow in this international group.
