Field Network Support Engineer – Wi-Fi & LAN Testing

SOW

• Must carry laptop, console cable, and basic networking tools .
• Experience with Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting .

Scope of Work

1. Site Readiness Survey – 1NET Project

• Conduct site readiness survey for the 1NET project.
• Assess site infrastructure similar to surveys completed for India sites.
• Verify network rack setup and installed devices.

2. Network Connectivity Issue Assessment

• Investigate reported network connectivity issues .
• Check Access Points and Switches for proper functionality.
• Verify overall network infrastructure health .

3. Wi-Fi & LAN Testing

• Connect to PR_CORP Wi-Fi SSID .
• Perform continuous ping test to 8.8.8.8 while walking through the office.
• Conduct Microsoft Teams video call test with the remote network team while moving around the office.

Additional Activities

• Verify all Access Points are powered and operational .
• Inspect network rack and installed devices .
• Coordinate with L2 / Service Desk team for a corporate laptop if required.
• Work with the remote network team during testing and survey activities .
