Field IT Support Specialist (Freelance/Contract)

TECEZE is seeking a Field Support Specialist (Freelance / Dispatch) for a 12-month B2B contract in Béziers, France. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, printers, and related software, while coordinating with vendors for hardware replacements and troubleshooting.

You will handle IMAC services, imaging, inventory, and VIP, high-touch support, including conference room and AV setup, while ensuring SLA compliance and documenting resolutions for future reference.
