FHS - Repair Network Leader (F/M)

Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Repair Network Leader (f/m) to join our Supply Chain Operations team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing essential Component Exchange programmes for major airlines globally and will serve as a leader within the Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5 people located in Kuala Lumpur and Toulouse.
• Own, update and actively maintain the Repair Network, ensuring all stream leads (Performance, Cost, Transformation) are balanced and meet business needs.
• Schedule, facilitate and follow up on regular multi‑functional team meetings, tracking action items and owners, maintaining the escalation matrix and building dashboards to report on project health and performance targets.
• Support consolidation of internal strategy alignments between procurement, engineering and operational teams regarding supplier capabilities and performance, acting as a stakeholder liaison to coordinate between business and IT departments and develop necessary tools.
• Focus on activity integration (link pool balancing and forecasting activities) and continuous improvement, including service enhancement for repair network activities and problem solving within Repair Operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain or the aeronautics sector.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to work under short deadlines and in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong team spirit, leadership and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to challenge action owners politely but firmly to secure delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data logic and project‑management skills.
• Maintenance Part 145 knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced level proficiency in French and English.
• Class Emploi (France): Classe G13.
