What you'll do
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the data center facilities, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical equipment.
- Collaborate with the construction and design teams on new projects, ensuring that all facility designs meet operational requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations, maintenance activities, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for facility-related issues, providing timely solutions to minimize impact on operations.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular training and drills for staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or engineering, preferably within data centers or critical infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, with hands‑on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to facility management, safety, and environmental compliance.
