Export Credit Agencies Due Diligence ("ECA") Manager
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Export Credit Agencies Due Diligence Manager (f/m) to join our LOPT Third Party Management & Auditing department based in Toulouse, France. This role involves developing compliance programs and business ethics strategies to secure international sales, as part of the LOPT team performing Enhanced Due Diligence of sales campaigns to protect the Group from legal, financial and reputational risks.

Your Challenges
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence checks including desktop reviews, data analysis and interviews with sales personnel.
- Identify and manage compliance risks, specifically anti‑bribery and corruption within export credit files.
- Draft detailed due diligence reports and briefing memos for the General Counsel and CEO to support decision‑making.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Law firms, Forensic experts) to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Provide regular input to update and improve processes.
Your Boarding Pass
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business law or equivalent.
- Proven experience in anti‑corruption compliance, ideally within a law firm or an in‑house legal department.
- Substantive knowledge of Sapin 2, UK Bribery Act, FCPA and OECD anti‑corruption rules and best practices.
- Strong analytical and writing skills required to produce high‑level reports and memorandums for top management.
- Professional proficiency in French and English (negotiation level mandatory), knowledge of German is a plus.
