What will you contribute?

Join our Decision Support Team as an Expert Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in empowering investment professionals through advanced simulation and order‑generation tools within our flagship Windows‑based desktop platform, Fusion Invest.

Your mission will be to improve, enhance and design functionalities to

• Define and monitor investment objectives.
• Control exposures and propose hedging actions concerning various market parameters.
• From data‑model persistence and exposure calculations to server interactions and visual presentation of indicators and results, ensure robustness, scalability and clarity at every step of the user journey.
• Continuously improve product quality by following best practices and proven design patterns. Familiarity with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and automated test maintenance is a plus.
• Apply a meticulous approach to performance optimization, including memory management and speed.
• Deliver an engaging user experience that anticipates operational needs.
• Act autonomously and proactively, with curiosity to understand the financial domain, a long‑term commitment, and motivation to work as part of an international team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain software components using C++/C#.
• Enhance our portfolio management system and front‑office operational components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional software development experience with expert‑level proficiency in C/C++ and C#.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience in desktop application development.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with GitHub.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Advanced usage of SQL (Oracle).
• Hands‑on experience with asynchronous and multi‑threaded processing of large‑scale datasets.
• Familiarity with DevExpress WinForms controls.
• Some experience with MFC.
• Financial literacy: background on order management systems, trade/position/portfolio/fund management, risk exposure and hedging.
• Interest in generative AI technologies.
