About The Role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. We’re looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to support key treasury activities, focusing on capital as we expand our features and footprint.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and build capital management and allocation frameworks
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans
• Support business decision‑making and associated capital actions
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess ongoing capital adequacy
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management
• Understand and interpret regulatory requirements in relation to safeguarding

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management focusing on capital or similar in a financial institution or fintech
• Solid understanding of European banking regulations (CRR/Delegated Act, etc.)
• Knowledge of capital risk and treasury concepts
• Expertise in analysis and explaining decisions to senior management
• Great problem‑solving skills to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and create elegant solutions
• Fluency in English and French

Nice to Have

• Accounting knowledge
• Experience in forecasting/modelling
• A CFA, ACCA/ACA, and/or CertBALM qualification
