Expert Construction**Expert d’Assurance Construction (H/F)****Votre mission****Femme ou homme de terrain**, vous êtes au cœur de la relation entre les assurés sinistrés et nos partenaires assureurs. Votre sens du service, votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à créer du lien avec clarté et bienveillance feront toute la différence dans ce rôle à forte dimension humaine et technique.

En tant qu’**Expert d’Assurance Construction MCL**, mandatés par les compagnies et mutuelles d’assurance, vous intervenez sur des dossiers sinistres à forts enjeux techniques et financiers (RC Décennal), en phase amiable ou judiciaire.

A l’issu d’un **parcours de formation structuré**, alternant mises en situation pratiques et apports théoriques, afin de vous permettre de maîtriser pleinement les spécificités du métier, vos responsabilités seront :

• Identifier les causes et origines des sinistres sur site (des déplacements ponctuels en France entière sont à prévoir)
• S’assurer des garanties contractuelles souscrites
• Chiffrer le montant des dommages et de leur réparation
• Défendre techniquement l’assuré
• Rédiger des rapports d’expertise à l’usage des compagnies et mutuelles d’assurance**Votre profil**
• Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur en bâtiment, génie civil ou équivalent (ESTP, etc...)
• Expérience de **7 à 10 ans en entreprise générale (BTP, génie civil)**
• De l’expérience dans une spécialité **Routes/VRD**, **géotechnique**, **structures métalliques ou bois**, **CVC**, **enveloppe du bâtiment/façades**, etc... est un plus
• Solide culture technique, appétence pour les aspects juridiques et financiers
• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelles
• Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et sens du dialogue**Ce que nous offrons*** **Un parcours de formation complet à l’expertise d’assurance**
