Manager d'Experts en Assurance IDF H/F**Manager d'Experts en Assurance IDF H/F****Vous êtes un expert confirmé**, ou déjà **manager d’une équipe d’experts**Dans le cadre du plan de développement de l'activité Paris - IDF, nous cherchons à renforcer nos effectifs avec des managers d'experts.

Vous aurez pour rôle de gérer et de développer commercialement votre équipe constituée de **10 à 12 experts** sur la région Paris/IDF.

Vous serez directement rattaché au directeur régional et aurez la chance de rejoindre une équipe dynamique et très accueillante.**Les 2 axes majeurs de votre mission seront :****Management d’équipe**

• Animation de votre équipe d’experts
• Contribution à la croissance, en particulier sur votre zone d’activité
• Gestion du développement de carrière des experts de votre équipe
• Pilotage de la productivité des experts de votre unité
• Gestion de vos KPI**Production personnelle**
• En lien avec l’assistant(e) qui vous sera dédié(e)
• Réaliser ses propres **missions d'expertise après sinistres**
• Rédaction des rapports d'expertise pour le compte de nos clients**Votre profil**
• Idéalement, vous êtes ingénieur de formation
• Idéalement, vous êtes titulaire du TEA ou de la certification EEA
• Votre expérience terrain vous permet de bien appréhender les **sinistres IARD / DAB à fort enjeu**, ainsi que les règles juridiques inhérentes au contrat d'assurance et aux mécanismes d'indemnisation de ces expertises**Chez Sedgwick, l’inclusion guide nos choix.
