Experienced Payroll Manager

• Manage a large payroll portfolio
• Handle the entire payroll process, from collecting payroll data through to social security filings
• Collect, verify, and enter payroll variables
• Prepare and review payslips
• Prepare and review DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) submissions
• Manage absences and IJSS (daily social security benefits)
• Manage final pay and settlement statements
• Prepare and review social security declarations
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and support stakeholders within the assigned scope
• Monitor regulatory and collective agreement changes
• Contribute to payroll process accuracy and continuous improvement
• Work in a multi-collective-agreement environment (Metallurgy and Syntec) with a significant expatriate population

Requirements

• Proven payroll experience, ideally gained in a complex or multi-collective-agreement environment
• Strong experience with HR Access, ideally HR4You
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume payroll portfolio
• Experience managing expatriate populations is a plus
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
• Autonomous and accountable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service mindset
• Team-oriented, with a willingness to share expertise
• Able to become operational quickly; technically strong and capable of independently taking ownership of the assigned scope
