Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Group Deputy Managing Director to support the expansion and structuring of our international group across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in English and French, possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities, and demonstrate the ability to lead and execute complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in finance, financial structuring, banking relations, corporate development, or investment-related activities, with the ability to engage confidently with banks, financial institutions, investors, and senior stakeholders. The successful candidate should bring a strong professional network, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset capable of contributing ideas, driving execution, and creating long‑term strategic value for the group. The position is preferably based in Europe, with priority given to candidates located in or connected to France.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French (mandatory)

- Ability to bring ideas, structure projects, and execute them from inception to completion
