Job Description

You are joining our Structured Export Solutions team, which is looking for a Corporate Finance Relationship Manager , for an internship of 6 months from September 2026 .

You will be involved in financing operations supported by Export Credit Agencies (ECA) or structured commodity finance, in a dynamic international environment. Your main mission will be to assist the Front team in the origination, structuring and execution of transactions.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in origination procedures by preparing client pitches to support the team on Export and Commodities Structured Finance transactions
• Assist in the preparation of reports and various sectoral research
• Develop presentation files for internal decision-making bodies (due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling, etc.)
• Contribute to drafting financing offers (Term sheet, Letter of Interest)
• Collaborate as a deal team in the structuring and execution of mandates won by the SES team

You will evolve in an international environment, surrounded by experts committed to the quality and rigor of missions. You will interact with many departments of the bank, both in France and internationally, and regularly interact with clients and partners (European exporters, traders, commodity producers, international borrowers, ECAs, other banks).

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

• BAC +4/5 level student, preparing a degree in Finance (university, business school or engineering school)
• First experience in structured financing with international players is a plus
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to grow in an international environment
• Ability to prepare and deliver quality customer pitches under pressure
• Proactive and able to propose solutions for the team’s success
• Fluency in English
