  • ~5 years of experience minimum
  • Strong background supporting executives in demanding, fast‑paced environments
  • Proven experience in communications, executive communications, or strategic project management
  • Experience writing compelling executive‑level content (newsletters, presentations, all‑hands content)
  • Experience organizing high‑impact strategic offsites or leadership events
  • Experience in a startup / scale‑up tech environment is highly valued
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple high‑priority workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent critical thinking and judgment
  • Strong ability to prioritize without constant direction
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences
  • Natural storyteller who can translate strategy into compelling narratives
  • Autonomous, proactive, and highly reliable

  • The Executive Assistant & Leadership Communications Manager will support and report to the CEO
  • The role requires smooth coverage with significant exposure to:
    • Investors
    • Board members
    • Strategic clients
    • Critical and urgent internal topics
    • Executive Leadership Team dynamics
    • Cross‑functional strategic initiatives
    • The Executive Assistant & Leadership Communications Manager will play a key, highly exposed, and cross‑functional role with a strong strategic dimension spanning both executive support and leadership communications
    • This role comes with a high level of trust and authority to act on behalf of the CEO, including pushing back on internal and external requests when needed

Executive Support (50%)

  • Calendar management & prioritization
  • Ownership of an extremely dense calendar, including investors, boards, strategic clients
  • Continuous arbitration with strong critical thinking
  • Ability to push back on non‑essential meetings rather than filling the calendar by default, and protect executive time as an absolute priority
  • Preparation, briefing & follow‑up
  • Translating ad‑hoc requests into calendar blocks, reminders, concrete next actions
  • Post‑meeting follow‑ups and reminders when needed
  • Preparation of briefing materials and context ahead of key meetings
  • Travel & international coordination
  • Organization of travel across Europe
  • Close coordination with international teams
  • Internal & external interface
  • Natural point of contact for CEO‑related topics
  • Interaction with investors, boards, partners, high‑stakes clients
  • Representing the CEO with a very high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Acting as an internal PR and EQ complement to the CEO: sensing team needs, rounding edges, creating care moments, and nudging leadership action when needed
  • Knowledge management & systems
  • Ownership of Notion spaces for CEO, ELT, and Next Gen Leaders
  • Ensuring these spaces are always up‑to‑date, well‑organized, and easy to navigate
  • Creating a true one‑stop‑shop that helps everyone access the right information effortlessly

Leadership Communications (50%)

  • Executive Leadership Team communications
  • Preparation and coordination of key ELT meetings (agendas, pre‑reads, follow‑up documentation)
  • Documentation of strategic decisions and action items
  • Ensuring alignment and clarity on priorities across the leadership team
  • Company‑wide communications
  • Support to the CEO in his main communications (e.g., weekly newsletter to the company, external thought leadership)
  • Preparation of content and key messages for Town Halls and all‑hands meetings
  • Translation of executive strategy into clear, engaging communications for all employees
  • Collaboration with the People team to support organization of events and initiatives that make the strategy come to life in offices
  • Strategic event design & execution
  • End‑to‑end organization of ELT offsites (planning, logistics, coordination, execution)
  • Design and execution of Next Gen Leaders offsites and development programs
  • Creating moments that foster strategic alignment, team cohesion, and cultural reinforcement
  • Strategic storytelling & narrative
  • Capturing the "why" behind decisions and translating it into compelling narratives
  • Identifying key themes and messages from strategic discussions
  • Ensuring consistency and clarity in how leadership communicates vision and priorities
  • Note: This role focuses on leadership‑level strategic communications, working in close coordination with the Engagement and Internal Communications function, which focuses on culture, engagement initiatives, and broader employee experience programs.
