Your mission with us

— Position: Project Assistant / Management Assistant/ executive assistant (13 years of experience MINIMUM)

— Contract type: Permanent

— Location: Nanterre

Reporting to our client's Project Director (international engineering), your missions will be as follows :

Assist the project management team on a daily basis in order to optimize the management of their activity:

Management and optimization of the Director's schedule: planning meetings and managing appointments

Organization of national and international travel (tickets, hotels, taxis, and visas) for the project management and support team

Assist resource management within the project:

Management of the new hire arrival process (badge request, IT request, moving, etc.)

Writing and dissemination of appointment notes within the project

Participate in the communication and animation of the team

Participation in the organization internal events within the project

Profile

You have proven initial experience in the field. xuezdbg

Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint office tools is essential.
