European Technical Sales Project Manager
An international and fast-growing industrial company is looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to support business development across French-speaking Europe. The company is a recognized manufacturer operating in strategic sectors such as industry, construction, data centers, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
This role focuses on the development of technical B2B projects, often involving complex customer needs, multiple stakeholders, and a strong project-follow-up dimension. The environment is particularly relevant for someone who enjoys working on large-scale industrial or infrastructure-related projects, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting solutions that go beyond standard product sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and expand customer and distributor networks
- Identify and follow up on strategic projects
- Manage complex technical sales cycles
- Build strong long-term client relationships
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Profile Sought
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Technical background or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in a similar commercial role
- Experience managing complex projects and sales processes
- Existing industry network is a strong plus
- Electrotechnical/electromechanical knowledge is appreciated
- Fluent French and professional English required
- Open to regular travel across Europe
