Europe Skincare & Spa Education Lead

LVMH's Dior skincare spa division seeks an Europe Retail Education Manager to elevate skincare and Dior Spa rituals across Europe. You will design training strategies, lead a community of trainers and ensure high educational standards in content, delivery and assessment.

You will partner with Marketing, Retail, HR and Commercial teams to deploy training tools across in-person, digital and on-site formats, while controlling budgets and measuring impact.
