Europe Retail Education Manager – Beauty (M/W)

We are seeking a Europe Retail Education Manager – Beauty to drive the development and execution of our retail training strategy for Beauty (Make‑Up & Skincare) across all European markets.

Responsibilities

• 1. Development & Animation of Training Path and Content
  • Act as a business partner, working closely with the Europe Commercial, Retail & Marketing teams to identify training and development needs across markets.
  • Oversee the creation, adaptation and translation of training programmes, ensuring deployment and follow‑up of in‑person, digital and in‑store tools.
  • Manage the skill development of field teams by coordinating training plans and implementing development pathways.
  • Organise and conduct engaging, innovative training and certification sessions, both in person and remotely, in partnership with local teams.
• 2. Training Community Engagement and Animation
  • Animate and coordinate the Europe community of trainers through seminars and regional workshops.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the central Retail Education team and local Retail Education teams on Beauty‑related topics, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Organise coaching and mentoring sessions with trainers, ensuring development and integration of new arrivals.
• 3. Monitoring Training Effectiveness and Impact
  • Manage and optimise budget.
  • Define performance indicators and ensure their monitoring on a regional scale.
  • Provide regular reports to the central Retail Education team to measure training impact and ROI.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of training experience with solid knowledge in educational engineering and blended learning.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of digital learning (application, e‑learning, v‑learning, live) and comfortable with social media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including remote communication.
• Excellent listening and relational skills.
• Customer and business‑oriented mindset.
• Passionate about products and customer experience.
• Excellent knowledge of retail and wholesale environments.
• Expertise and passion for makeup and skincare.
• Great expertise in digital tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and IT tools (PPT, Excel).
