EU Mid-Market CSM: Strategic Growth & Revenue Partner

Global-e is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with and ensure long-term success of our Mid-Market EU clients. You will manage a portfolio, connect with key executives, and drive revenue through expansion opportunities.

You will liaise between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, build trusted advisor relationships with C-levels, and prepare periodic performance reports and QBRs. Fluency in English and French is required.
