ERP Trainer
Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Trainer / Instructional Designer to support a large-scale digital transformation program. Working closely with Change Management and project teams, you will play a key role in driving user adoption by delivering engaging training and clear, user-friendly content.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in ERP environments (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Workday, etc.) who combine training delivery with strong content development skills.
Reporting to: Change / Training Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (virtual and in-person) for end users.
- Support go-live activities including floorwalking, hypercare, and user support.
- Instructional Design & Content Development: Design and develop training materials including user guides, quick reference guides, and presentations.
- Create e-learning modules, videos, and interactive learning content.
- Translate business processes and system functionality into clear, user-friendly learning materials.
- Develop in-application guidance (e.g., step-by-step walkthroughs, tooltips) using digital adoption tools (e.g., Oracle Guided Learning or similar).
- Support continuous improvement of training materials based on user feedback.
- Contribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, and support documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs, business analysts, and project teams to understand system changes and processes.
- Align training and communication materials with overall change management strategy.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 3+ years’ experience as an ERP Trainer, Learning Consultant, or Instructional Designer.
- Experience supporting ERP or system implementation projects (any major platform).
Core Skills: Strong training delivery and facilitation skills.
- Proven experience creating training materials and learning content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Canva, etc.).
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.
