Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solution Owner / Integration Engineer (m/f) to join our Digital For Operation department based in Toulouse.

As part of the Digital for Operation department, your first assignment will be to support the A220 Pylon integration initiative in St Eloi. The role focuses on integrating ERP deployments across diverse sites, simplifying and streamlining digital technologies for operational benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth workshops to translate operational shop‑floor needs into end‑to‑end supply chain and demand processes.
  • Act as the content authority within Multi‑Functional Teams, ensuring SAP developments align with the “Fit‑to‑Standard” approach to minimize local customization.
  • Distill highly complex SAP logics into clear, business‑driven visualizations that secure buy‑in from top‑level stakeholders.
  • Drive the re‑imagining of end‑to‑end flows to support aircraft production ramp‑up goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Information Management department and site operations to find the right balance between system standards and business value.

Qualifications

  • Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in complex, highly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense.
  • Proven expertise (5+ years) in ERP deployment, with advanced knowledge of SAP modules.
  • “Connector” mindset with the ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies, strong change‑management leadership, and a talent for finding compromises.
  • Fluency in English mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a significant advantage.
