Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to own and grow our French market. This is a brand-new role with full ownership of France, designed for an experienced, autonomous sales professional who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, shaping go‑to‑market approaches, and delivering results end‑to‑end.
You will be responsible for creating and executing the sales strategy for France, generating your own leads, managing the full sales lifecycle independently, and positioning the full IFS portfolio as a long-term solution for clients. Over time, this role will evolve into a Team Lead position, building and mentoring a sales team as the market matures.
You will work closely with the wider French team and act as a key commercial voice for the French market.
