Business Development Manager — AI-powered
🎯 The role
You will own the full top-of-funnel: from identifying target accounts to handing qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Working directly with founders, you will combine AI-powered prospecting tools with sharp commercial instincts to build and scale our B2B pipeline internationally.
This will include support in market segmentation to articulating an impactful value proposition to our customers.
🔍 What you will do
Design and execute a scalable lead generation strategy, leveraging AI and automation tools
Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B opportunities across target markets and geographies
Own and optimise the commercial pipeline end-to-end via Hub
Spot
Build high-impact sales materials: business cases, one-pagers, pitch decks, and white papers
Run outbound and nurturing email campaigns (sequences, automation, deliverability, tracking)
Conduct market and competitive intelligence to uncover new segments and geographies
Drive BD rituals: weekly pipeline reviews, KPI tracking, forecasting 👤 What we are looking for
3–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development or outbound sales
Track record of building pipeline from scratch, not just managing inbound
Experience in tech, industrial, or energy sectors is a plus
Strong written commercial communication (you can craft a compelling cold email and a polished pitch deck)
Comfortable with CRM-driven selling; Hub
Spot experience is required
Hands-on with outbound tools and AI-powered prospecting workflows
Professional-level English and French (bilingual)
