Serimax operates in different areas :• Low Carbon & Renewable Industries• Jackets (Wind farms)• Pipelines (Water)• Piping (Power Plants)• O&G Petrochemical Industries• Pipelines (Oil and Gas, Mining)• Piping (Refinery, Industries)Discover our projects as well as our commitments on our website this organization, we are seeking an ERP (IFS) Finance/HR Support Manager for our Digital and Business Solutions department at the R&D site in Roissy, France.As part of multiple projects aimed at improving internal processes and service offerings for clients, you will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team as our ERP (IFS) Finance/HR Support Manager.

You will ensure the maintenance and development of the company’s ERP (IFS) for the finance and HR modules, covering all the Group’s subsidiaries.

• You will ensure the integrity and functionality of the ERP and its associated applications, interfaces, and data processing tools.
• You will work closely with the finance and HR teams, assist in resolving complex issues, and ensure process harmonization and the development of new applications.
• Your expertise in finance, accounting, and human resources will enable you to manage:
• The implementation of the ERP in new subsidiaries (e.g., in Brazil).
  • Process or organizational changes (such as e-Invoicing compliance).
  • ERP migration or interfacing projects.
• You will be responsible for ERP-related reporting tools (Business Reporter, Power BI, etc.), interfaces with other business applications (such as Esker, Pagero online), and interfaces with other data processing tools within the group.
• You will actively support ongoing projects and facilitate knowledge transfer to regional teams(APAC, EMEA-CIS, NAM, NEU, SAM) and our shared services center.
• You will maintain constant contact with the Group’s various international entities.
• You will report to the Application Manager and play a key role in the Digital & Business Solutions team

You:

Are in IT project management within a finance-related environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience

Have a master’s degree (BAC+5) specializing in Finance or Information Systems.

Possess an analytical mindset and strong knowledge of company administrative processes(finance, accounting, and human resources).

• You have a keen interest in information systems in general, and ERP systems specifically.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI is also appreciated.
• You have a realistic and pragmatic approach, with the ability to simplify and present complextechnical issues.
• An excellent communicator in both French and English.
