ERP Deployment Project Manager

The Opportunity
As part of a major ERP transformation program, we are looking for an ERP Deployment Project Manager to join our Finance team in Bordeaux, France on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in leading a strategic Finance implementation (Sage X3), ensuring a successful go‑live and driving international rollout phases.
Context
- Testing phase ongoing following a 6-month analysis phase
- Extended Finance go‑live: July 1st
- Post go‑live phase: monitoring and stabilization
- Deployment and stabilization of operational interfaces (developed internally by IS) Finance
- Progressive rollout: multi‑country (timeline to be defined)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sage X3 (Finance) go‑live and ensure a secure transition
- Manage the post go‑live run and monitoring phase (incidents, stabilization)
- Oversee the implementation and stabilization of interfaces between operational tools and Finance
- Structure and orchestrate the country rollout once the core system is stabilized
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, Business units, System integrators)
- Monitor risks, costs, timelines, and deliverable quality
- Drive change management and support user adoption
- Proven experience in ERP deployment (ideally Sage X3 or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and operational flows / interfaces
- Experience with complex, multi‑entity go‑lives
- Ability to manage stabilization phases and structure interface processes
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
