About the Position
Finance IT Expert SAP FICO – Invoice to Pay, operating within L’Oréal’s Finance IT department of the Beauty Tech organization.
Responsibilities
- Follow and ensure P2P activities, Readsoft deployments (Accounts Payable invoice tool), and the impact on eCompliance.
- Capture knowledge linked to new functionalities on S/4 to support and activate new features on live entities.
- Act as IT owner for AMS for the application, managing deployment of functionalities and support; also own the supplier portal tool and rollout of entities joining S/4.
- Liaise with business and operations teams to help them leverage SAP solutions to achieve business goals.
- Oversee Run activities and projects across SAP Core Solutions, including the S/4 NEO landscape.
- Guarantee, design, specify, build and maintain solutions aligned with Group processes & norms.
Key Challenges
- Play a key role in the transition of entities from ECC to NEO S/4, capturing knowledge and managing activities for new entities within S/4.
- Engage with Finance and Operations partners to understand functional requirements and analyze technical impacts.
- Manage Run and Project activities on three SAP Core solutions: L’Oréal “Affaires” CORE System, L’Oréal Factories WISE System and NEO S/4 System.
- Ensure high‑quality solution delivery aligned with Group processes & norms, acting as a reference for IT partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP Finance & Controlling Solution, able to lead and challenge complex technical designs.
- Previous knowledge of SAP Financial domains in ECC and S/4 environments, including P2P flow, PO creation, GR Invoice, and Readsoft.
- Understanding of main SAP modules, integration and challenges (MM/FI modules, interfaces with other applications such as CONCUR).
- Strong interest in deepening knowledge to meet partner demands.
- Ability to lead and prioritize demands.
- Strong teamwork skills; collaboration is essential.
- Robust communication skills for IT/business interactions.
- Capacity to assume responsibility and complete timely escalations within an empowerment model.
- English skills (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with Data projects.
- Strong experience in Agile methodology projects and delivery.
- Understanding of IT architecture concepts (APIs, etc.).
