Job Summary
The Episodic Mobile Platform Developer provides specialized support for the design, development, testing, and validation of mobile applications used in support of the SOF Assessment and Analytics program. This role focuses on ensuring mobile applications function reliably, securely, and in compliance with SOCOM-approved device and platform requirements. The Mobile Platform Developer supports discrete development and testing efforts, working in coordination with program leadership and technical teams to validate functionality across approved mobile devices and operating environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms
- Support testing and validation of applications on SOCOM-approved mobile devices
- Develop platform-specific functionality to support operational requirements
- Integrate and test application programming interfaces (APIs) and supporting services
- Support database design, data modeling, and query optimization for mobile applications
- Implement security controls to protect data, including authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Identify, document, and support resolution of application defectsParticipate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
- Support deployment and configuration of mobile applications as required
- Maintain technical documentation for development and testing activities
- Adhere to security, access, and data protection requirements
- Provide episodic on-site or remote support as directed by the Government
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience designing, developing, and testing mobile applications for Android, iOS, or Windows platforms
- Experience supporting mobile application testing across multiple device types
- Experience with API integration and database interaction
- Knowledge of secure mobile application development practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain clearance
- Ability to provide episodic support, including travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SOCOM-approved or DoW mobile devices
- Familiarity with mobile application security standards and compliance requirements
- Experience working in secure or restricted network environments
- Experience supporting training or operational systems

T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement
As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards. To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel. All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP. Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
