Permanent full-time role for a Western-trained Private Doctor supporting a VIP Principal across a private yacht itinerary in the Mediterranean, including the Greek Islands, Italy, Monaco, Marbella, Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Algarve.

This position is built around discreet, long-range medical oversight for one Principal rather than episodic cover. You will supervise ongoing health needs, manage acute clinical issues when they arise, support preventive planning, and coordinate referrals, diagnostics, and specialist access with premium private providers across Europe as needed.

The successful Doctor will be comfortable operating in a refined mobile environment, maintaining clinical readiness during travel, and delivering calm, stable support across both yacht-based travel periods and land-based stays.

Requirements

Recognised medical degree from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.

Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation.

Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred.

Private medicine, executive health, concierge medicine, travel medicine, remote medicine, or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred.

High discretion, clinical autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.

£240,000 GBP per year, tax free.

Permanent full-time contract.
