Our client is an international B2B services company. To support rapid growth, they are recruiting an Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate expansion in France.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, Europe, you will drive new revenue growth and expand strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by proactively identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value enterprise accounts across multiple industries, with full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Execute targeted outbound strategies (direct outreach, events, strategic networking, and referrals) to engage C-level and senior decision-makers; uncover business challenges and position tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Build and leverage a strong ecosystem of partners, consultants, and strategic allies to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and expand market penetration.
Profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven experience in B2B business development and consultative selling.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and influencing C-suite decision-makers.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to €44k/year according to profile and experience.
- Commission plan: up to 100% of base salary (performance-based).
