Enterprise Sales Account Executive (C&P)
Overview
Adobe is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Creativity & Productivity business. This role is based in Paris with 3 days a week in the office and remote options available during the year.

With Firefly Services (GenAI APIs), Foundry (privately trained models), and Acrobat Studio (Document Productivity & AI-powered Creativity), we support scalable creation with agility and efficiency.
Adobe’s creative and document solutions are used by designers, photographers, filmmakers, content publishers, storytellers, UX designers, knowledge workers, consumers and more. Our connected apps and services give customers tools to create and manage content across desktop and mobile devices.
What You'll Do
- Work with assigned accounts to achieve or exceed quarterly sales quota.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities, including proactive prospecting, targeted campaigns, qualifying marketing leads, social media selling, and face-to-face meetings to achieve business goals.
- Negotiate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the sales process.
- Deliver online or in-person presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed.
- Plan and manage your sales territory (e.g., 20 accounts) and customer relationships in collaboration with the V-Team (BDR, Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers).
- Use analytical and selling skills to understand the customer’s business, requirements, and to create value propositions based on their needs.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline of new business that delivers above-expectation results.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through personalized value propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize engagement and accelerate business growth.
What You Need To Succeed
- Candidates should have a track record of successful enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to engage at all levels of an organization, identify decision makers, and build long-term relationships by establishing trust and credibility (targeting CxO level) while positioning Adobe’s vision & strategy.
- Ability to build a pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualification, and cross-selling/up-selling into our customer base as well as targeting new logos.
- Seeking excellence with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating at One Adobe level.
- Highly motivated, professional, with excellent communication skills, confidence, and goal orientation.
- High ethics, integrity, humility, and a collaborative team mindset.
