We are currently looking for an Enterprise Project Manager in France to lead complex localization and enterprise delivery projects within a fast‑paced, AI‑driven international environment. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of multilingual projects, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring exceptional quality for enterprise clients worldwide, and maintaining operational continuity. It offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to innovative global initiatives that combine technology, language expertise and operational excellence.
Accountabilities
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise localization and translation projects across multiple service lines and languages.
- Coordinate project workflows, timelines, budgets and quality assurance processes to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Serve as a key point of contact for enterprise clients, providing project‑level support and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with linguists, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and operational efficiency.
- Anticipate project risks, identify potential delivery issues and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Independently oversee project execution during designated coverage periods, ensuring continuity of service and timely decision‑making.
- Resolve escalations, unblock workflows and make autonomous operational decisions when required.
- Monitor project performance metrics and ensure adherence to agreed processes, quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices that enhance project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in localization project management, enterprise project coordination or similar client‑facing operational roles.
- Strong knowledge of localization workflows, internationalization processes and translation technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and make decisions autonomously when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities and operational ambiguity.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and distributed teams.
- Availability to work a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule during the specified operating hours.
- Familiarity with localization platforms, CAT tools and project management systems is highly desirable.
