Enterprise Account Growth Lead, Fashion Carbon

Carbonfact is the Environmental Intelligence Platform built for the fashion industry. As Account Management Lead, you will design the strategy, processes and team that turn our growing customer portfolio into long-term, expanding relationships.

You will report to the co-founder and CEO, collaborating with Customer Operations, Science, Data and Product to identify upsell opportunities, lead renewal negotiations and increase product adoption across accounts.
