Enterprise Account Executive - Strategic, C-Suite Focus
Account Executive - Enterprise - Banking / Insurance / Financial Services
This role engages with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. It involves building trusted relationships with key team members and C‑suite decision makers, and driving the entire sales process from qualification through closing.
Responsibilities
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
- Territory identification and research to formalize a go‑to‑market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days
- Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in consultative selling of complex solutions or technology (5 to 10 years, preferably in Software or Business Applications) across multiple industries
- Experience selling at the C‑suite level
- Consistent track record of leading extended teams
- Understanding the outstanding business requirements of customers within multiple industries
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in multifaceted, energizing environments
- Fluency in English and French
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative with strong problem‑solving skills
- Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
- Sales methodology education
- Experience with large accounts
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota
- Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances
