As a leader in the digital health space, the organisation has seen rapid international expansion, aiming to scale their operations and strategic partnerships within the French healthcare ecosystem.
The Role
You will take ownership of the company’s commercial growth in France, acting as a strategic lead to build the company’s footprint from the ground up. This is a highly autonomous role for a self-starter who can navigate complex healthcare networks and position the company as the primary partner for digital health innovation in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, initiate, and lead key strategic enterprise relationships within the French healthcare ecosystem
- Independently leading the sales cycles from start to finish, and maintaining strong relationships at C-suite level
- Generate high-value opportunities with healthcare providers to accelerate the adoption of the product
- Navigate complex negotiations with diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
What they are looking for
- Proven experience in partnerships or business development within HealthTech, MedTech, or SaaS
- A strong track record of closing strategic deals in complex, highly regulated environments
- Professional fluency in both French and English
- Highly autonomous mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling team
- A genuine passion for improving the quality of care through impactful and meaningful innovation
- Someone who is based in Paris and can work a hybrid structure
