Role Overview

Senior Channel Partner Manager – French Partners at LumApps, reporting to the Director of Partnerships EMEA. Primary responsibility is to manage the French partner ecosystem, leading high‑level discussions, overseeing complex integrations, and driving indirect sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale a portfolio of strategic channel partners (resellers, solution partners, integrators) in France.
  • Identify and recruit high‑value partners to fill market gaps and drive incremental revenue.
  • Lead joint business planning at the C‑Level, defining long‑term vision, sales goals and shared accountability.
  • Own partner‑sourced pipeline and revenue targets, managing the book with high autonomy.
  • Lead and support complex corporate projects with deep technical integrations in Google and Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Bridge partners and internal teams (Sales, Product, Success) to ensure seamless execution of large‑scale deals.
  • Maintain a constant pulse on partner health, providing hands‑on support to move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement Manager to structure training and certification paths tailored to partners.
  • Partner with Marketing to launch co‑marketing campaigns and demand‑generation programs.
  • Ensure partners have strategic guidance and materials required to position LumApps effectively in competitive environments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in channel management or indirect sales within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C‑Level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise‑grade projects with multiple integration points.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets through a partner‑led sales model.
  • Exceptional autonomy and builder mindset, capable of operating in a fast‑paced, evolving team.
  • Native‑level French and fluent professional English.
  • Technical familiarity with Google and Microsoft ecosystems and hyperscalers marketplace complexities.
