Enterprise Account Executive

Account Executive, France | Fintech SaaS | Paris (Hybrid) | €80k to €100k base x2 OTE

Finance leaders are under more pressure than ever to plan faster, report with confidence and make better decisions with their data. The software they rely on hasn't always kept up. This role is about putting a better platform in front of them.

We're partnering with a high-growth fintech SaaS business to find a new business Account Executive for the French market. Their platform helps CFOs and finance teams bring planning, reporting and consolidation together in one place. This is a genuine hunter role: you'll be winning new logos in organisations that haven't worked with them before, with a focus on commercial and mid-market companies going through serious finance transformation.

What you'll be doing

• Building your own pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, partner referrals and marketing leads
• Selling into the office of the CFO, running consultative, value-led sales cycles with senior finance stakeholders
• Leading discovery, shaping business cases and taking deals through to signature
• Working closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, BDRs and Alliances to keep deals moving
• Keeping Salesforce clean and your forecast honest

What they're looking for

• 3 to 5+ years in B2B sales with a strong new business track record (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
• Experience selling SaaS, ideally fintech, financial software or solutions bought by finance teams
• Consistent quota overachievement through net-new acquisition
• Comfort navigating multi-threaded deals and a solid grounding in MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar
• Fluent French and English (essential)
• Someone who genuinely values time in the office and face-to-face collaboration
