Engineering Manager — Lead AI-Powered Platform & Teams

Mirakl is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join the Connect team in Bordeaux or Paris. You will lead a group of 4-5 developers, balancing hands-on Java work with people management to deliver scalable features.

You'll drive technical excellence, coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, design and R&D, and help grow talent by mentoring colleagues and establishing best practices in code quality and testing. Remote work is available one day per week.
