Engineering Manager — Lead AI-Driven Dev Team (Paris/Bordeaux)

Mirakl is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Connect team, based in Paris or Bordeaux with one day of remote work per week. You will balance hands‑on Java work with people management, mentoring 4–5 developers, and coordinating with product and design to deliver high‑velocity microservices initiatives.

In this role you will drive technical excellence, define roadmaps with R&D, remove blockers, and promote clean code, testing, and best practices.
