Our site is highly automated, equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology in the cosmetics industry. The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in Loir‑et‑Cher, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day we produce over 2 million bottles. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G'S SUCCESS

Engineering‑level internship opportunities designed for students who want to engage in stimulating, innovative projects. Interns will contribute to improving performance and optimizing processes. Each role requires adaptability to new technologies, project‑management aptitude, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Industrial Automation and Control Systems Engineer Intern

  • Optimize automated systems: propose innovative technical solutions, participate in commissioning, functional testing, and equipment parameterization.
  • Manage automation projects: lead studies, ensure stakeholder coordination, draft validation protocols, and monitor performance of implemented systems.
  • Ensure compliance and satisfaction: guarantee adherence to specifications and client satisfaction.

Process Master Data Engineer

  • Automate master data: contribute to data engineering, implement solutions, and automate data reviews via BPMN mapping.
  • Develop tools and processes: create BPMN maps and work guides, design and implement robust data pipelines, and maintain them.

Process & Digitalization Engineer

  • Manage digitalization projects: plan and monitor project progress, including new installations and their qualification phase.
  • Develop and coordinate digital initiatives: contribute to Power BI development, monitor communication schedules, and ensure coordination of initiatives.
  • Improve processes through digitalization: identify opportunities and participate in digitalizing existing manual tools and processes to improve efficiency.

Process Optimization Engineer

  • Optimize resource consumption: reduce water and material usage by optimizing existing processes and controls.
  • Develop and implement master plans: define key projects to optimize raw materials and formulas, including component elimination and new recipe implementation.
  • Automate tasks and increase efficiency: map and automate labor‑intensive work processes to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.

Job Qualifications

  • Education Level: Master’s degree or Engineering School.
  • Desired Specializations: Automation, robotics, electrical engineering, electronics, industrial IT, industrial engineering, production management, information systems, data engineering, or computer science.
  • Language Skills: proficiency in French and English.
  • Personal Qualities: team spirit, collaboration aptitude, adaptability to new technologies, appetite for project management, ability to propose innovative solutions, focus on continuous improvement.
  • Availability: between 4 and 6 months.
