Engagement Lead, Scalable AI Workflows

Model ML is an AI workflow platform transforming how major financial institutions design and validate client-ready processes. We seek an Engagement Manager to own the end-to-end client outcomes, translating problems into scalable workflows and driving adoption through governance and clear communication.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, manage deployment at scale, and build playbooks and enablement assets while staying aligned with product direction.
