Overview
We are seeking a skilled End User Computing (EUC) Specialist / Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support in a corporate enterprise environment in France. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in deskside support, EUC tools, and enterprise IT service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end IT support for desktops, laptops, and end-user devices (hardware, software, and connectivity)
- Handle IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix support
- Manage device lifecycle including OS imaging, patching, configuration, and hardware replacement
- Utilize SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for ticketing, asset tracking, and remote support
- Perform software installation, updates, and patch management aligned with IT policies
- Provide deskside and remote support for Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and business applications
- Ensure endpoint security compliance, antivirus monitoring, and policy enforcement
- Deliver VIP / executive support and manage critical escalations
- Support printers, scanners, and peripherals troubleshooting and maintenance
- Assist with Active Directory tasks (user accounts, password resets, access management)
- Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge base updates
- Support Windows environments, with basic knowledge of macOS and mobile device support
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and service request management
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support roles
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and basic networking
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and endpoint management
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Strong communication skills; French language Expertise is a plus but at least B2 Proficiency in French & English required in both
