Employee Relations Specialist
Collaborate with the China headquarters to adapt and localize HR policies, ensuring full compliance of the French subsidiary’s end-to-end HR processes—including recruitment, employment contracts, compensation & benefits, working time management, and offboarding—with the French Labor Code and relevant collective bargaining agreements.
External Stakeholder Liaison
Primarily work remotely to manage daily communication and administrative tasks with French social security bodies (Urssaf, Cpam, Carsat), efficiently handling all social security-related matters via phone, email, and online platforms.
On-site Support for Critical Matters
Attend CSE meetings, labor inspections, and other on-site events as required to ensure the smooth progress of compliance and labor relations work.
Employee Relations Management
Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Address employee inquiries and concerns, act as the communication bridge between Chinese and local teams, participate in labor-management meetings, proactively identify and resolve potential labor disputes, and maintain positive industrial relations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for majors in HR, Law, or Management.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience in a local French company; familiarity with French recruitment channels and employment procedures.
Language Skills (Core Requirement): For Chinese candidates: Fluent French (written and spoken), DALF C1 level or equivalent practical ability required; English as a working language. For French candidates: Fluent English (for seamless communication with HQ); Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
