À ce titre, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

• Organiser, coordonner et contrôler l'activité de l'équipe dont il a la responsabilité.
• Participer à l'activité globale de l'établissement, et en particulier dans ses domaines d'attribution (gestion de l'activité des services Magasin, Réception, livraison, Téléphone...).
• Prendre en charge la répartition des horaires de son équipe.
• Assurer, si nécessaire, les tâches d'opérateur informatique.
• Assurer le lien entre son équipe et le chef de service, faire remonter les informations au responsable et transmettre les informations en provenance de la Direction (DE, RE, Pharmacien).
• Être acteur dynamique de la mise en place et du suivi de l’Excellence Opérationnelle.
• Réaliser les EPO (entretiens professionnels) des membres de leur équipe.**Profil :**
• Formation de niveau Bac à Bac +2 en logistique, transport ou équivalent
• Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre réactivité
