Votre mission

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client, an international group specializing in industrial technology solutions. an experienced Electronic Design Manager H/F to lead the electronics strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge, high-value products.

Your Role

• Defining and executing the electronics R&D strategy, developing innovative technologies and products, monitoring emerging trends, and safeguarding intellectual property.
• Managing projects with a focus on quality, cost, and timelines, while overseeing departmental resources and laboratory infrastructure.
• Leading a team of 15 engineers and subcontractors, fostering a culture of Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement, and supporting team development and engagement.
• Collaborating across internal and international teams, representing the company at technical and scientific events, and building partnerships with academic and industrial stakeholders. Votre profil

• Engineering degree in electronics or sensor technologies.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic R&D, ideally in industrial sensors and functional safety, including 3–5 years in team management.
• Strong technical expertise in hardware, firmware, microprocessors, and system architecture, with a solid understanding of safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects and make sound technical decisions.
• Recognized for your natural leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• Fluent in English (C2 level preferred).
