EHS & Facilities Manager - Lead Safety & Ops

L’Oréal’s Episkintech site in Lyon seeks an experienced EHS & Facilities Manager to lead EHS, facilities and lab support operations as a key Management Committee member. You will strategize safety, efficiency and compliance across the site.

You’ll manage a team of 8, oversee CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and drive risk management, audits, energy optimization, and coordination with external providers while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
