L’Oréal is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager for E-commerce Back-Office Support at the Levallois-Perret campus. You will bridge business teams and IT Centers of Excellence, ensuring operational excellence, monitoring, and optimization of Back-Office platforms.

Responsibilities include incident management, requirements gathering across Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, and drafting detailed Functional Specification Documents for development teams.
