Dynamics CRM Trainer

Working Environment: 2–3 days per week onsite in Hauts-de-France

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer to support a large-scale transformation programme. This role will focus on driving user adoption and ensuring business teams are fully equipped to use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) effectively in their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Design and adapt training materials for different user groups (end users, key users, administrators)
• Assess training needs and tailor sessions accordingly
• Produce clear user documentation and support materials
• Provide post-training support to reinforce learning and adoption
• Collaborate with project and business teams to align training with system usage and processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CE
• Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience training both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to create structured and effective training content
• Fluent French is essential; English is a plus
