Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer to support a large-scale transformation programme. This role will focus on driving user adoption and ensuring business teams are fully equipped to use Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) effectively in their day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training sessions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Design and adapt training materials for different user groups (end users, key users, administrators)
- Assess training needs and tailor sessions accordingly
- Produce clear user documentation and support materials
- Provide post-training support to reinforce learning and adoption
- Collaborate with project and business teams to align training with system usage and processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CE
- Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience training both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to create structured and effective training content
- Fluent French is essential; English is a plus
