Transdev is hiring a Consultant Dynamics 365 F&O (M/F) for our Headquarters in Issy‑Les‑Moulineaux!
We are currently seeking a Consultant Dynamics 365 F&O (M/F) who will support process excellence and project management for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and provide support to the country PMO.
- Promote process excellence through design, optimization, and validation.
- Diagnose organization and processes to identify pain points and bottlenecks.
- Identify areas of improvement to meet business expectations.
- Accompany business to design as‑Is and Target end‑to‑end processes.
- Grant application of finance core model and support transitions to the internal Competency Center.
- Propose solutions for arbitration.
- Collect feedback on improvement needs from local users.
- Promote and support change.
- Monitor projects, follow KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide support and methodology to operational teams/countries.
- Assess and report risks associated with employee adoption.
Project Management
- Project organization, planning, and timeframe.
- Coordinate Competency Center and country resources.
- Collaborate with contributors and secure agreement from all impacted parties.
- Coordinate Change Management activities (communication, training, monitoring boards).
- Assess and report risks associated with employee adoption.
- Measure project performance including user adoption.
- Set‑up, track, consolidate, and report project risks and deviations.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in finance process optimization and/or project management.
- Ability to structure and lead projects.
- Experience in IT finance deployment, particularly ERP deployment is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) is a plus.
- Fluent in English/French; German is a plus.
Destination
Report to the Group Finance Transformation Director and provide best practices on finance processes affected by the transformation project.
