Which company will you be joining as a “DST Completion Engineer (M/F)”?We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Completion Engineer for a 12-month mission based in Paramaribo, Suriname on residential basis (with no option for rotation). The role supports the Exploration Engineering & Operations team throughout the full DST (Drill Stem Test) cycle, focusing on:
  • Engineering support and equipment readiness
  • DST program preparation and execution monitoring
  • Performance tracking and continuous improvement
“DST Completion Engineer (M/F)” What will your missions and responsibilities be?Goals & Key Deliverables
  • Provide engineering support during all DST planning and preparation phases
  • Ensure DST design readiness and participate in DST reviews with HQ
  • Coordinate DST equipment readiness and service provider activities
  • Lead DST‑related technical studies and prepare the formal DST program
  • Monitor execution, track deviations, and prepare Management of Change as required
  • Follow up on DST performance and maintain a performance database
  • Lead lessons learned and optimization initiatives
  • Contribute to DST sections of well close‑out reports
  • Liaise with HQ and support offshore DST supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable QHSE rules and standards
What profile and skills are required for this “DST Completion Engineer (M/F)” role?Required Skills & Experience
  • IWCF Level 4 certification and BOSIET
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DST or well completion
  • Experience in Downhole (DH) and Enhanced Hydrocarbon (EH) SSTT operations
  • Experience in contractor management
  • Knowledge and understanding of TotalEnergies referential
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in deep water operations
  • Engineering or Bachelor’s degree
  • Offshore DST experience
Languages
  • English (fluent)
