YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

Within the EME Supply Chain department, you will contribute to the Supply Chain team.

The Distribution Planner manages the efficient movement of goods within the supply chain. They implement strategies to optimize the distribution network, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Job Responsibilities

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Distribution Network Optimization

• Optimize the distribution network to reduce costs and improve logistics performance.
• Analyze distribution data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Transportation Planning and Scheduling

• Develop transportation routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics partners.
• Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate inventory visibility and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts or excess inventory.

Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement

• Drive continuous improvement in distribution planning processes.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring and Risk Management.
• Track performance and manage distribution risks.

Profile

KEYS TO SUCCESS EDUCATION: Graduate of an engineering or business school, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales forecasting/business planning.

• -You handle large amounts of numerical data with ease and meticulous attention to detail.
• -You analyze results and verify the consistency of figures across different sources.
• -You can work on several projects simultaneously.
• -You are rigorous, autonomous, flexible, proactive, committed, dynamic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• -You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel, Anaplan, and PwBI.

LANGUAGES: Fluent French and English are essential. Proficiency in additional EME languages is a significant advantage.
